Nowadays there are so many plumbers listed in the yellow pages you sometimes wonder who to chose. We lucked out today with Kevin Korte. He did an excellent job for our bathroom. He is personable, capable, fast working, neat, comes fully equipped and reasonably priced. We have no business connection with Butler Plumbing or Kevin Korte. This is totally unsolicited. We just felt we should let our neighbours and friends know where you can get a very good plumber, should they have the need.
Was so pleased with Kevin and the work he did. So happy that he could fit us in that same day. Would highly recommend Butler to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.
After two years of dreading each interaction with a trade as we restored our house, I was very impressed with the polite, upfront, courteous, and timely service that greeted me over email and on the phone. On the day of installation Travis arrived 30mins early (imagine that!) and after a head’s up call and went straight to work. He worked quickly, answered all my questions and best of all, left the place clean – no left odds and ends or tools. Very impressed.
I help maintain two aging buildings and so we see Butler a lot. Every time the service has been prompt, efficient, and courteous. The guys often offer to go that extra step.
I just finished having Kevin install a jetted shower system along with toilet and 2 sinks in my basement bathroom. The service was excellent and the workmanship was very good. They did the work at a reasonable price which as a consumer I also appreciate. I will definitely call them with any other plumbing needs in the future.
The service was excellent.The storm drain was shattered..Kevin and Rod were honest and reliable even the secretary Chelsey. Their diagnosis was excellent. I felt at ease and their price was great. I would not hesitate to give them a call. You would not regret it.
Everything went very well – got a call prior to Bryce leaving the shop – he was right on time (knew what the job was), installed the battery back up sump in a timely and tidy manner, left no mess. Polite, courteous and explained the new setup. Very professional.
We have had Butler Plumbing do service and emergency work on both of our apartment buildings for the past 3 years. Over that time at least 4 different plumbers have come to do the work required.They were all punctual, courteous, and professional. I like the fact that they call ahead to let me know they are on the way or will be a couple minutes late. They don’t just go by the work order, (because that can sometimes be vague and general), but after arriving, they ask me specifically what the problem is, and inform me on what needs to be done to take care of the problem. Along with periodic emergency repairs, Butler Plumbing regularly services our large Boilers and Hot Water tanks, and thankfully, call me every year letting me know that service is required on them. It’s like they are part of my team, helping to keep all vital plumbing and heating equipment up to par. They strive to get work done in such a way as to not inconvenience our tenants, which I really appreciate. I recommend the use of Butler Plumbing for both home and larger apartment buildings. Our hot water tank pilot light went out and couldn’t be relit. We called Butler, they gave us an appointment for the same day. Reasonable fees, the repairman was friendly, professional, and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. Would hire again.
Had butler plumbing do special piping work to accomplish health requirements –Kevin, Paul , and Will suggested the method and Will and Paul followed through with the work. Will did most of the work and was fast and did all the items that I asked. I was very pleased with the work.
After buying 1981 house, hired Butler to inspect boiler (baseboard heating). After initial inspection they made reasonable recommendations for good upkeep and fixing a few mistakes made by previous owner. They returned soon and made repairs quickly and effectively. Had them back to troubleshoot additional boiler issue (zone valve) and unrelated toilet issue. All work done quickly, professionally and effectively.
Bryce came today, was polite and assessed cause of the water leaking onto the basement floor quickly as a crack in the cast iron pipe. He had it cut out and replaced with PVC within an hour. He placed things back to the way they were and took the 5 foot length of pipe with him so I didn’t have to dispose of it. The price was fair and he worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks!
