Booked service with Butler Plumbing for the first time. Was pleased to book with no hassle and they send the most experienced plumber 'Chad' to my home. No doubt he outpaced all the plumbers that I ever saw, deeply knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue within the period. I was glad to hire their services as they respect the old and antique fittings in my home and fixed them instead of replacing them. I would recommend them to anyone and wish them good luck. PS: A minor improvement they could do is to clean up the dirt caused by their work after finishing their job.

Butler plumbing was amazing to deal with. Chris deserves super kudos and a HUGE shout out. He called when he was running a bit late and was such a polite person. He dealt with a ***very*** difficult situation in the most professional way. He was such an amazing guy and I just can't thank him enough. If I had a complaint it would be the the cost, but even that is not a complaint because I think the cost might have been at par with other companies. We understand that plumbing emergencies don’t always happen at the most convenient times. That’s why we provide 24-hour service for emergency jobs, so you can get your problem fixed and get back to your life.

Are Your Plumbing Services Guaranteed?

All service work to existing plumbing is guaranteed for 30 days, and renovation/new construction plumbing is guaranteed for 1 year. If anything goes wrong in that time you can give us a call and we’ll fix the problem. Manufacturer warranties also apply.
